CRM rescue

Your CRM is full of leads
you can't find.

For real-estate operators running GoHighLevel: we take a live, populated, messy instance and make the board tell the truth — without a rebuild and without losing a record.

The problem, in your words

The board has numbers on it. Nobody trusts them.

  • “I searched for a lead yesterday and couldn't find it. I know it's in there.”
  • “We have three pipelines and nobody can tell me which one is real.”
  • “The same owner is in here four times with four different phone numbers.”
  • “Leads come in from the site, the dialer and the texts, and land in three different places.”

What it costs to leave it

Every lost lead was already paid for.

  • Follow-ups go to the wrong record, or to nobody, and the owner hears from a competitor first.
  • Duplicates mean the same person gets texted twice and opts out — and you lose them for good.
  • Your team stops opening the CRM because it lies, so the spreadsheet comes back.
  • Reporting becomes guesswork, so spend decisions are made on feel.

What gets done

Reorganise what exists. Don't start over.

Work is done inside the tools you already run. AS Ventures has operated inside GoHighLevel, LeadConnector, Google Sheets and Apps Script on live client instances.

  • Audit the live instance first — pipelines, stages, tags, fields, automations — before anything is touched.
  • Collapse to one pipeline with stages that each mean something, and map every opportunity to the right one by disposition.
  • Match contacts by phone so every source writes to one record — no duplicates created on sync.
  • Wire intake so web forms, dialer outcomes and texts all land on the board automatically.
  • Idempotent syncs: the same event can run twice and nothing doubles.
  • Hand over with a written map of what each stage, tag and automation does.

Straight answers

What it costs,
and what it doesn't include.

Full tiers, worked scopes and the guarantee are on the pricing page.

What does this cost?

Every engagement is quoted as a fixed monthly scope, in writing, before anything starts. Tiers start at $1,200 (Starter), $2,900 (Growth) and $4,800 (Partner) a month, month-to-month with no minimum term. CRM + pipeline systems usually sits in Growth, from $2,900 a month.

How does it start?

Week one is understand and map: the live system, the volume, the tools and the gaps, written up so you can see what we saw. Nothing changes and nothing goes live until you have approved the scope in writing. You see the first written status at the end of that week.

Do I have to move to new tools?

No. The work happens inside the platforms you already use — GoHighLevel, QuickBooks, Vapi, Google Workspace and more — and every account stays in your name. If a tool needs to change, the audit will say why before anyone buys anything.

What is not included?

Guaranteed leads or deals — nobody honest can promise what a seller will say. Media spend and software subscriptions, which are billed by the vendor in your name. Work outside the written scope, which is quoted before it is done, never billed after.
