Compliance before scale

Controls go in before the first dial.
Here is the full list.

Disclosure and consent rules are yours to set, with your counsel. This page is the list of controls we build so those rules hold on every list, every send and every dial — and the records we keep so you can prove it.

Before a list is loaded

  • Every number is scrubbed against the do-not-call list you hold before it reaches a dialer or a sender.
  • Records are matched by phone number so the same owner never appears twice under two names.
  • Every record carries where it came from and when. If a source can't be named, the record doesn't load.
  • Invalid, disconnected and carrier-blocked numbers are removed before the first attempt, not after the complaints.

Before the first dial or send

  • Dry-run first. No live call is placed and no message is sent until your written go is recorded.
  • The outbound number's reputation is checked so your calls aren't already flagged as spam before anyone answers.
  • When an automated caller speaks, the script carries the disclosure line you approve, said before anything else.
  • Recording and consent notices go in where your rules require them, and the wording is yours to sign off.
  • Opt-out words on SMS (STOP and its variants) are wired to stop the send and tag the record, before the campaign starts.

While it runs

  • Every call is logged with a transcript, an outcome and the number it was placed from.
  • Opt-outs are reconciled back to the CRM, not left sitting in the dialer where the next campaign can't see them.
  • Delivery is verified at the carrier, and blocked numbers are scrubbed before the next send.
  • Anything the script can't answer is handed to a person with the full record in front of them.

After — what you keep

  • The records: every list, every scrub, every opt-out and every call log, exportable, in your name.
  • A written status every week with the counts behind it, so you can show what was done and when.
  • Documentation of every control, so it keeps running whether or not we are in the room.

These are counts of work performed on delivered engagements, not a promise about yours. Client names are withheld; the work is not.

Straight answer

What this page is not.

It is not legal advice, and it is not a promise that a campaign is "compliant". Calling, texting and disclosure rules change, and they differ by state and by how a number was obtained. You set the rules with your counsel.

What we promise is narrower and checkable: the controls above are built before anything goes live, every one of them leaves a record, and the records are yours.
