Content + video

The work gets done.
Nobody ever sees it.

Site visits, finished projects, a walkthrough recorded on a phone — most owners are sitting on proof they never publish. We turn the footage and the updates you already have into posts, clips and captions that go out on a schedule, in your voice, with you approving every one.

The problem, in your words

The problem, in your words

  • “We recorded a good walkthrough months ago. It is still sitting in a folder.”
  • “The video is forty minutes. Nobody is watching forty minutes.”
  • “I do not have time to write a caption every time we finish something.”
  • “Our page goes quiet for weeks, then three posts in one day.”

What it costs to leave it

What that costs you

  • Finished work that nobody outside the business ever sees.
  • A social page that looks abandoned when a prospect checks you out.
  • Footage that ages badly and gets harder to use every month.
  • Posting that depends on whoever remembers, so it stops when you get busy.

What gets done

What we actually do

Canva, Google Drive, Loom and screen recordings, your existing social pages, and the scheduler already attached to your CRM.

  • Take long footage and cut it into short parts, at natural breaks, so no explanation is split mid-sentence.
  • Assemble intro, screen recording and outro into one clean piece where that is what the story needs.
  • Clean up what the camera got wrong — exposure, sharpness, dead air at the start and end.
  • Write the post copy, captions and hashtags that go out with each asset.
  • Write voiceover scripts, and pull the usable lines out of a transcript when the footage rambles.
  • Build the still posts and simple graphics in your colours, at the right size for each platform.
  • Put everything in a dated queue so you can see what is going out and when.

Evidence

Counts from delivered engagements.

Cut to parts

Long video, split clean

Breaks are chosen where a thought finishes — never mid-sentence, never mid-example.

Draft first

You approve before it posts

Copy and clips come to you for a yes. Nothing is published on your accounts without it.

Your accounts

Access stays in your name

We work inside your pages and your drive. Nothing is held hostage in ours.

No follower or reach promises on this page. What we control is that the work gets cut, written, queued and published on time — the audience is earned, not guaranteed.

Straight answers

What it costs,
and what it doesn't include.

Full tiers, worked scopes and the guarantee are on the pricing page.

What does this cost?

Every engagement is quoted as a fixed monthly scope, in writing, before anything starts. Tiers start at $1,200 (Starter), $2,900 (Growth) and $4,800 (Partner) a month, month-to-month with no minimum term. Content + video usually sits in Growth, from $2,900 a month.

How does it start?

Week one is understand and map: the live system, the volume, the tools and the gaps, written up so you can see what we saw. Nothing changes and nothing goes live until you have approved the scope in writing. You see the first written status at the end of that week.

Do I have to move to new tools?

No. The work happens inside the platforms you already use — GoHighLevel, QuickBooks, Vapi, Google Workspace and more — and every account stays in your name. If a tool needs to change, the audit will say why before anyone buys anything.

What is not included?

Guaranteed leads or deals — nobody honest can promise what a seller will say. Media spend and software subscriptions, which are billed by the vendor in your name. Work outside the written scope, which is quoted before it is done, never billed after.

You already have the footage.

Send one long video and one finished project. We will come back with the cut clips, the captions and a posting queue — so you can see the standard before anything is scheduled.
